Neh 2:17-18 | MHM | STEP | v. 17–18 : After looking at the ruins, Nehemiah spoke to the leaders and people. He explained the sad state of Jerusalem and encouraged everyone to join him in rebuilding the wall. He told them that God had put this plan in his heart and that the king had supported him. The people responded eagerly, saying, “Let us rise up and build” (Nehemiah 2:17-18 ). When one good leader steps forward, others are often ready to help.
