Nehemiah 2:7-8
v. 7–8: Nehemiah also asked for letters to the governors for safe passage and for timber from the king’s forest to rebuild the gates and walls (Nehemiah 2:7-8 a). The king granted all his requests because the good hand of my God was upon me. Nehemiah knew that his success was not because of his own skill, but because God was helping him. This reminds us to thank God for every good thing that happens. –
