Num 14:9 | MHM | STEP | v. 9 : Joshua and Caleb urged the people not to rebel against the Lord or be afraid of the people of the land. They said, “Their protection is gone, but the Lord is with us. Do not be afraid of them.” They explained that God had left the Canaanites, so Israel had nothing to fear as long as God was on their side (Num. 14:9; Ps. 74:14 ).
