Phili 3:21 | MHM | STEP | v. 21 : Paul looks forward to the return of Christ, saying Jesus will change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body (Philippians 3:21 ). At the resurrection, believers’ bodies will be transformed to be like Christ’s glorious, resurrected body. This will happen by Christ’s power, the same power that allows Him to rule over all things (Ephesians 1:19; 1 Corinthians 15:54 ). This hope gives believers great encouragement to live with their eyes set on heaven.
