‏ Psalms 35:19

v. 19–21: David prays that his enemies will not triumph over him or celebrate his troubles. He says, Let not them that are mine enemies wrongfully rejoice over me and neither let them wink with the eye that hate me without a cause (Psalm 35:19 a). They speak arrogantly and are happy at David’s pain, but he asks God to stop their pride and scorn.
