Psalms 95:9-10
v. 9–10: The psalmist warns, Your fathers tested me; they tried me, though they had seen my work. For forty years I was grieved with that generation (Psalm 95:9–10 a). The Israelites in the wilderness saw God’s miracles but still doubted Him. They kept testing God by complaining and refusing to trust Him, even after all He had done. Their main problem was unbelief. They did not really know God’s ways, even though they saw His actions every day. This shows that seeing miracles is not enough if our hearts are hard and we do not believe. –
