v. 39: “Nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:39 ^b). Absolutely nothing in the universe can take away God’s love for those who are in Christ Jesus. This gives Christians great confidence and hope.
