Zechariah 11:7
v. 7: And I will feed the flock of slaughter, even you, O poor of the flock. And I took unto me two staves; the one I called Beauty, and the other I called Bands; and I fed the flock. Zechariah obeys and shepherds the doomed flock, especially caring for the “poor of the flock”—the humble people who still trust in God. He uses two staffs named Beauty (or Favor) and Bands (or Union), showing God’s care and desire to unite and bless His people. But the people reject God’s care .
