Zechariah 12:11
v. 11: This mourning is very deep, like the sadness of a parent who loses an only son, or like the great sorrow when King Josiah died at Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddo . The people mourn because they know their sins caused the loss of someone precious. This is a real and lasting sorrow, not something fake or quickly forgotten (Lamentations 5:16 a).
