‏ 2 Thessalonians 2:13-15

2:14  a He called you to salvation: God calls his chosen ones to himself (1:11  b; 1 Thes 2:12  c; 4:7  d; 5:24  e) through the preaching of the Good News.

• Those who suffer because of their faith will ultimately share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ (Rom 5:2  f; 8:17-18  g; Col 1:27  h; 1 Thes 2:12  i).
2:15  j Ever since the founding of the Thessalonian church, Paul had been concerned for the stability of their faith (1 Thes 3:2  k, 5  l, 8  m; 4:1-2  n) and their adherence to his teaching (2 Thes 3:6  o; 1 Cor 11:2  p; 15:3  q; see Jude 1:3  r).
