‏ Job 22:9

22:9  a The Old Testament gives Israel the responsibility of caring for widows and orphans (Deut 10:18  b; 14:29  c) and repeatedly condemns their neglect as the worst of social evils (Exod 22:22-24  d; Deut 27:19  e). Job agreed that it was wicked (Job 24:3  f, 21  g) but claimed that he was innocent (29:12-13  h; 31:16-18  i, 21  j).
