The entire human race lacks wisdom and fails to live up to the glory originally given to them (10:4-11 f; see Rom 1–3 g).14:4 h The evil live at the expense of others (27:2 i; 44:11 j; 53:4 k; see Isa 5:8 l) and have no reverence or knowledge of God (Ps 79:6 m).
14:5 n Though the wicked perish (1:5-6 o), God is with the godly.
