Instead of {razon,} "leanness," however, Bp. Lowth supposes we should read {zeraƶn,} "nausea or loathing," which appears to be supported by several ancient versions, and by Nu 11:20, where this portion of the history of the Israelites is recorded, and where the word {zara} is used, and rendered, "it be loathsome."
