Exodus 20:2424An altar of earth you shall make for me and sacrifice on it your burnt offerings and your peace offerings, your sheep and your oxen. a In every place where I cause my name to be remembered I will come to you and b bless you.

And he judged Israel in all these places. 17Then he would return to l Ramah, for his home was there, and there also he judged Israel. m And he built there an altar to the Lord.
