21 “The east ^awind carries him away, and he is gone;
For it sweeps him ^baway from his place.
22 “For it will hurl at him ^cwithout mercy;
He will certainly try to ^dflee from its ^{▼▼Lit hand}power.
23 “People will ^{▼▼I.e., mock and ridicule him}clap their hands at him,
And will ^gwhistle at him from their places.
