Prayer for Victory over Enemies.

1 May the Lord answer you ^aon a day of trouble!
May the ^bname of the ^cGod of Jacob ^{▼▼Lit make you high and inaccessible}protect you!
2 May He send you help ^efrom the sanctuary,
And ^fsupport you from Zion!
3 May He ^gremember all your meal offerings
And ^{▼▼Lit consider your...as fat
,} ⁱaccept your burnt offering! Selah

4 May He grant you your ^jheart’s desire
And ^kfulfill your whole plan!
5 ^{▼▼Or Let’s sing}We will ^msing for joy over your ^{▼▼Or salvation}victory,
And in the name of our God we will ^oset up our banners.
May the Lord ^pfulfill all your desires.

6 Now ^qI know that the Lord saves His anointed;
He will ^ranswer him from His holy heaven
With the ^{▼▼Or mighty deeds of the victory of His right hand
,} ^tsaving strength of His right hand.
7 Some praise their chariots and some their ^uhorses,
But ^vwe will praise the name of the Lord, our God.
8 They have ^wbowed down and fallen,
But we have ^xrisen and stood upright.
9 ^{▼▼Or O Lord, save the king; answer us
