seashore.

Then I saw a bbeast coming up out of the sea, having cten horns and dseven heads, and on his horns were eten crowns, and on his heads were fblasphemous names.
2And the beast that I saw was glike a leopard, and his feet were like those of ha bear, and his mouth like the mouth of ia lion. And the jdragon gave him his power and his kthrone, and great authority. 3I saw one of his heads as if it had been

fatally wounded, and his mfatal wound was healed. And the whole earth nwas amazed and followed after the beast;
4they worshiped the odragon because he pgave his authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, “ qWho is like the beast, and who is able to wage war with him?” 5A mouth was given to him rspeaking
Lit great things
arrogant words and blasphemies, and authority to act for tforty-two months was given to him.
6And he opened his mouth in blasphemies against God, to blaspheme His name and His tabernacle, that is, uthose who dwell in heaven.

7 It was also given to him to vmake war with the

The Beast from the Earth

11 Then alI saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had amtwo horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a andragon. 12He aoexercises all the authority of the first beast

aqin his presence. And he makes arthe earth and those who live on it asworship the first beast, whose atfatal wound was healed.
13He auperforms great signs, so that he even makes avfire come down out of the sky to the earth in the presence of people. 14And he awdeceives axthose who live on the earth because of aythe signs which it was given him to perform
